六、進(jìn)口帶壓力表氣體減壓閥安裝說(shuō)明
1、氣體減壓閥安裝必須嚴(yán)格按照閥體上的箭頭方向保持和流體流動(dòng)方向一致。如果氣體不清潔含有一些雜質(zhì)，必須在減壓閥的上游進(jìn)水口安裝過(guò)濾器(我們建議過(guò)濾精度不低于0.5mm)。
2、為了操作和維護(hù)方便，氣體減壓閥一般直立安裝在水平管道上。
3、為了防止氣體減壓閥閥后壓力超壓，應(yīng)在離閥出口不少于4M處加裝一個(gè)減壓閥。
4、減壓閥閥前和閥后必須裝截止閥，更換或者維修時(shí)開(kāi)關(guān)氣體用
5、氣體如果有冷凝水的話(huà)，需要裝汽水分離器，防止冷凝水對(duì)減壓閥活塞或者膜片的損壞。
